FS 5000 Base-Channel Glass Railing

FS 5000 fills the technical gap between FS 3000 and FS 7000 with a deeper base-channel profile. FS 1500 remains the residential starting point, FS 3000 is the reinforced commercial route and FS 7000 is reserved for heavy-duty cases; FS 5000 adds a 125 mm profile height and 105 mm glazing depth for intermediate project conditions.

The technical data set uses 60 mm profile width, 125 mm profile height, 105 mm glazing depth and 4.474 kg/m profile weight. The profile range supports 12 mm, 16 mm or 20 mm glass routes; the final laminated glass build-up is confirmed by glass height, panel length, fixing surface, wind exposure and anchor review.

This system is suitable for residential, commercial balcony, terrace and facade edges that need a stronger profile than FS 3000 without moving directly to the FS 7000 heavy-duty route. Glass build-up, anchoring, waterproofing, drainage and fixing details should be reviewed before quotation.
